Intro to Teaching & EducationStudents will explore a variety of career opportunities in the Education field with a focus on K-12 Education. Students will spend 50% of their time in Regional K-8 School and Early Childhood Education Facilities.

Advanced WeldingStudents will specialize in the trade of Welding, working with a Red Seal Welder on a daily basis with a one to one ratio of welding booths to students. Students will prepare to challenge the Canadian Welding Bureau professional ticket test by the end of this course.

Electrical Wiring & ConstructionStudents will explore the trades of Electrical & Residential Construction by working with a Red Seal Welder and Construction Teacher. Students will develop hands on skills and learn basic construction and more advanced wiring skills to prepare them for the workforce.

Intro to Aviation & AerospaceStudents will explore the theory, skills and careers involved in the aviation and aerospace industries. The course is structured as 50% aviation and flight theory combined with 50% hands on experiential learning. Students will develop skills to fly both airplanes and drones in this course.

Music Production & SongwritingStudents will enage in a personalized approach to music through collaboration with local musicians and industry experts. A wide range of topics will be covered including the process of music production from songwriting to live performance, the business side of music and potential career opportunities.

Forest Equipment OperatorStudents will develop the skills required to operate the machines that are used in the NB Forestry industry. Students will develop their skills through hands on simulator training and field experiences. Students will also explore the various forestry related careers available in New Brunswick.

Heavy ConstructionThis course provides and introduction to the knowledge and skills necessary in the activity and production work associated with earth, gravel and rock movement.

Entrepreneurship & BusinessStudents will explore all fields including but not limited to finance, marketing, management, human resources, operations, and sales. Students will follow the entrepreneurial process of creating a business plan with the ultimate goal of launching a business during the course.

Fisheries, Forestry & LeadershipStudents will explore the Leadership structure and history of First Nations Communities with a focus on the fisheries and forestry and their economic and cultural importance. The traditions and importance of First Nations culture will be imbedded in all lessons and field experiences.
